Nino Cipriani is the Founder and Principal Business Solution Specialist at ONIN Enterprises. Having twenty years of leadership experience gained through managing organisational learning and development and leading client experience projects has enabled Nino to develop the experience to successfully deliver on a range of business improvement initiatives to achieve strategic goals in geographically dispersed, culturally diverse, and fast-paced multi-disciplined environments. These experiences are shared across both the private and government sectors.

 

Nino can help organisations build competitive advantage by improving the alignment of their people, processes, and systems to help drive cultural change to deliver improved employee performance and client/member experiences. As a highly experienced and committed business solution specialist Nino has a passion for professional and personal development and has a great desire to help shape and improve organisational performance. 

Highly passionate and motivated about customer experience and developing customer-centric capability that enables organisations to be responsive and competitive; Nino can apply his skills to help organisations better align their people, processes, and systems. Doing so enables a growth mindset to design strategies that uplift customer-centric maturity across an organisation to drive cultural change and improve client experiences.

Collaborating with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements through evidence-based decisions based on insights through data analysis. Nino will partner with you to co-design and build capability frameworks that help organisations achieve their strategic goals. Innovation, design thinking, and customer-centric outcomes are in front of mind when designing and implementing enterprise solutions.

Nino brings to the table a sensible and practical approach to resolving business problems through collaboration and co-creation instituting change with people as opposed to doing the change to people. Nino is a person for whom purpose is important.  Motivated to make a difference in the greater community; this includes the workplace and volunteering communities. A mentor and coach by nature, Nino enjoys sharing his knowledge with others and contributing to their personal and professional development.  An achiever, working hard towards achieving his goals, deriving great satisfaction from contributing to organisations that have a positive social impact and enabling them to do more.
